Won't customers hate talking to a robot?

Most people hang up on voicemail and call someone else, so the real comparison is AI vs. voicemail. Our virtual receptionist sounds natural, is polite, knows your services and doesn't put people on hold. It lets callers know they're talking to a virtual assistant, and you decide what it says and when a call should come straight to you.

I answer my own phone. Why would I need this?

Most owners do, until they're on a ladder, driving, with a customer or asleep. This isn't about replacing you. It covers the calls you physically can't take, so the ones you miss still turn into jobs instead of your competitor's jobs.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your customers keep calling the same number. We set it up so calls you don't pick up get answered automatically.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you turn on. A solo operator who just needs missed calls covered pays far less than a company that wants a website, booking and ads. You'll get one clear monthly price in a simple written agreement before anything goes live. Month to month, with no surprise fees, and cancellation terms written right in the agreement.

Can I try it first?

Yes, right now: call our live demo at (850) 985-9373. It answers as Flowstate Plumbing, a fictional company we built to show the receptionist off. Try to stump it. If you like what you hear, we build a version with your own business name for free, and any trial on your real line is spelled out in your written agreement.

I already use Jobber, Housecall Pro or another app. Will this work with it?

In most cases, yes. We connect to the tools you already use so bookings and customer info end up where you're used to seeing them. Tell us what you use and we'll confirm before you commit to anything.

Can the AI answer only when I miss a call, or only after hours?

Yes. You pick: missed calls only, after hours and weekends, only when you're busy, or every call 24/7. Your phone keeps ringing like normal in the modes that call for it, and you can switch anytime. See the options.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a short, plain-English service agreement. It lists exactly what you're getting, your monthly price, any trial, and how to cancel. It's month to month, with no long-term commitment. Having it in writing protects you and us, and there are no surprises.

Does the AI tell callers it's an AI? Are calls recorded?

Yes. Your assistant introduces itself as a virtual assistant, and calls may be recorded and transcribed so you get an accurate summary. Callers are told this, which keeps you on the right side of Florida's call recording law.

What happens to my customers' information?

It's used only to run your service: summaries, bookings and the messages you set up. We don't sell it or use it to market to your customers. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Can the AI handle emergencies?

It can collect details, flag urgent jobs and send them to you right away, and it can tell callers to hang up and dial 911 for anything dangerous. It is not an emergency service, and it isn't a replacement for 911.

I'm not a tech person. Is this going to be a headache?

That's exactly why we exist. We set everything up, test it and maintain it. Your part is telling us how you like things done and keeping us posted when something changes. If something needs updating, you text Andrew.
