Plain-English summary: This page covers use of our website and the general rules for working with us. If you become a client, we also sign a written Service Agreement with you. That agreement spells out your specific services, price and cancellation terms, and it controls if anything here conflicts with it. AI tools are powerful but not perfect, so they are not a replacement for emergency services, and we can't guarantee specific business results.
1. Who we are
SolveItAll AI ("SolveItAll AI," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida-based business operated by Andrew Cotto that provides AI-powered automation, communication and web services to businesses. You can reach us at andrewcotto369@gmail.com or 904-885-6109.
By using this website (the "Site") or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Using this site
- The Site is intended for business owners and adults 18 or older.
- Content on the Site, including the savings calculator, examples and sample conversations, is for general information and illustration only. Calculator results are estimates based on numbers you enter, not a promise or prediction of results.
- Names shown in demonstrations (such as "Flowstate Plumbing") are fictional examples unless stated otherwise.
- You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Our services
We offer services that may include AI voice receptionists, missed-call text-back, website chat assistants, websites, review request automation, quote and booking tools, reminders, follow-up and payment-link workflows, local advertising setup, customer re-engagement campaigns and reporting dashboards (together, the "Services").
A written Service Agreement is required. Before any paid Service goes live, you and SolveItAll AI will sign a Service Agreement (including an order form) that describes the specific Services, fees, trial terms (if any), start date and cancellation terms. If these Terms and your Service Agreement conflict, the Service Agreement controls.
Demonstrations and previews we build before you sign are provided free and "as is" for evaluation only. They are not live Services and may be taken down at any time.
Our Services rely on third-party providers, which may include voice AI, language model, telephony, texting, website hosting, automation and payment providers. Those providers have their own terms, and their outages, changes or pricing decisions are outside our control.
4. AI limitations
- AI can make mistakes. AI systems may misunderstand callers, mishear information, give incomplete answers, fail to answer, or record details incorrectly. You should review important information (such as addresses, appointment times and quotes) before relying on it.
- Not an emergency service. Our Services are not a substitute for 911 or other emergency services and must not be relied on for life-safety situations. Assistants can be configured to direct callers to call 911 in an emergency.
- No professional advice. AI assistants do not provide legal, medical, financial, safety or licensed trade advice, and you are responsible for what your assistant is set up to say about your business.
- Disclosure. Our assistants are designed to identify themselves as automated or virtual assistants. Calls and messages handled by our Services may be recorded and transcribed, and assistants are set up to disclose this to callers.
5. Client responsibilities
If you use our Services, you agree to:
- Give us accurate, up-to-date information about your business, services, hours, pricing and policies, and tell us when anything changes.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with laws that apply to you, including telemarketing and texting laws (such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act), call recording and consent laws, and privacy laws.
- Only send marketing texts or calls to people who have given the consent the law requires, and honor opt-out requests.
- Provide truthful information needed for carrier registration of business texting (such as A2P 10DLC).
- Keep your account logins secure and not share access you receive from us with unauthorized people.
6. Fees and billing
Fees, billing dates, any trial period and cancellation terms are set out in your Service Agreement. Unless your agreement says otherwise, Services are billed monthly in advance, recurring charges continue until cancelled as described in the agreement, and fees already paid are non-refundable. We may pause Services if payment is past due. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
7. Ownership
The Site, our branding, templates, workflows, prompts and know-how belong to SolveItAll AI. You keep ownership of your business name, logo, content and your customers' data. Ownership of websites and other deliverables built for you is stated in your Service Agreement.
8. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a signed Service Agreement, the Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular number of calls, leads, bookings, reviews, search rankings, revenue or other business results, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolveItAll AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities or lost data, arising from the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not paid us anything.
You agree to indemnify and hold SolveItAll AI harmless from claims, penalties and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including texting, calling and consent laws, or from content and instructions you provide.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
