Plain-English summary: We collect only what you choose to send us, plus the information needed to run services for our clients. We don't sell personal information, and we never share mobile numbers or texting consent with anyone for their marketing.
This Privacy Policy explains how SolveItAll AI ("we," "us," "our"), a Florida-based business operated by Andrew Cotto, collects, uses and protects information in connection with our website (the "Site") and our AI automation and communication services (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you text, call or email us, including through the buttons and message builder on this Site, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, business name, trade, city, phone number, email address and message. The message builder on this Site does not store anything itself. It opens your own texting or email app with a message you can review before sending. The chat assistant on this Site gives scripted answers and runs entirely in your browser; it does not send or store what you type.
Information collected automatically
This Site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Google's handling of that data is covered by Google's privacy policy.
Information from clients
If you become a client, we collect business contact and billing details, information about your services, hours and policies, and the logins or access needed to set up the Services. Payments are handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe), and we do not store full card numbers.
2. Data we handle for our clients
When our Services answer calls, texts or chats for a client business, we process information from that business's customers on the client's behalf. This may include caller name, phone number, address, service request details, appointment information, call recordings, transcripts, messages and photos a customer chooses to upload.
We use this information only to provide the Services to that client, such as delivering call summaries, booking appointments and sending the messages the client has set up. The client business decides how it uses its customer information and is responsible for its own privacy practices. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your information, please contact that business directly. You can also contact us and we will pass your request along.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide demonstrations or quotes you ask for.
- To set up, operate, maintain, improve and support the Services.
- To send service-related messages, invoices and account notices.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client customer data to market our own services to those customers.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the Services, with:
- Service providers that power our Services, which may include voice AI and language model providers, telephony and text messaging providers, automation platforms, website hosting, email, scheduling and payment processors. They may process information only to provide their services to us.
- The client business whose customers contacted it through our Services.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect rights, property or safety.
- A successor business, if SolveItAll AI is reorganized, merged or sold, subject to this policy.
5. Text messaging (SMS) privacy
If you text us or opt in to receive text messages from us or from a client business using our Services:
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal or accounting requirements, or as set out in a client's Service Agreement. When a client ends Services, we delete or return that client's customer data within a reasonable time unless we are required to keep it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, such as access controls and reputable providers, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We may need to verify your request, and some information may need to be kept for legal reasons.
- You can stop text messages by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails by replying to tell us.
Our Site and Services are meant for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
